Order Status If you want to look at the status of your order, click on track your order and enter your order number, here are the following values and their meanings. New - your order has been received and charged to your card or paypal. In Progress - your order is currently being prepared for shipping. Complete - your order has been sent to the post office and should be delivered in 2-3 business days. Returns and Exchanges If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us within 10 days to arrange your return or exchange. Please return your package with a copy of your packing slip to the address below. All clothing tags must still be attached. Refunds are given on returns less shipping. Exchanges are shipped free of charge. Regular priced and sale items may be returned but final clearance items may not be returned.
Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday. Please allow for additional handling time and delayed postal delivery during busy holidays. Most items will be shipped in a box. Our standard shipping method to the United States is USPS First Class (2-3 business days) or Parcel Post (3-9 business days) at no charge on orders of $100 more, USPS Priority Mail or USPS First Class (both 2-3 business days) for $8.00 and USPS Express Mail (1-2 business days) for $23.00, regardless of your order size. If you need guaranteed overnight delivery, please contact us. Standard free shipping can not be combined with Express Mail. Free shipping may not be offered or may be revised during sale promotions. We also ship to Canada using USPS First Class International for $8.00 and USPS Priority International for $11.00, regardless of your order size and also offer free standard shipping on orders of $100 or more or $8 off First Class. If you prefer a different shipping method, please contact us prior to ordering. We also welcome international inquiries. Sometimes we run storewide sales or promotions that may change the free standard shipping offer. Please make sure to read your newsletter for details.
Preview Items When we can, we love to share with you the collections that are coming in the following seasons. These items are available for purchase but will not be delivered until we receive them. Not all the detailed information is available during preview, but does get updated upon receipt of the items. If the designer decides not to produce the item or we do not receive the item, we will refund your purchase immediately. Please make sure your contact information is accurate. Preview items are not available for purchase during storewide sales. Payment Methods We safely accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and PayPal. Sales Tax By law, we must charge 8.25% sales tax on items purchased with a Texas billing address.
Gift Receipt We will send a gift receipt upon request. This can be done during the checkout process. |
